We are a Chinese Christian family whose aim is to provide an excellent boarding service for overseas students from Hong Kong who wish to complete their secondary education or A level in the UK. Our service includes catering needs and dietary requirements as well as after school activities such as sports and clubs that can be arranged so that your child has an enriching experience. We offer extra a
cademic opportunities including Kumon courses in English and Mathematics and one to one tutoring on any subjects that are required. During your stay with us, your child will develop disciplinary skills and a sense of responsibility that they can benefit from in the future. We take a positive approach to education and we value all learning abilities so that we can help them reach their full potential as a student. Boarders will learn to work with concentration and enthusiasm whilst developing their own sense of individuality and responsibility. Gordon Yeung - Gordon is 47 years old and was born in Hong Kong. He was educated in the UK, achieving a BSc in Civil Engineering degree back in 1985 from the University of Lancaster. Gordon has previously worked in Hong Kong, UK, China & Brunei in the construction industry. Sheila Yeung - Sheila is 45 years old, born in Hong Kong and was formerly representing HK in numerous competitions. She and the family migrated to the UK in 1999 and is currently a house wife. Sheila has previously taught Chinese at Chinese Community School but is at present a volunteer for the local Chinese Methodist Church. Sheila has had successful guardian experience with two boarders already and would love to welcome other boarders in the future. Vincent Yeung - Vincent is 19 years old and is currently in his 2nd year of university education at Edinburgh University studying Chemical Engineering. He enjoys working abroad over the summer holidays, swimming, badminton and singing. He wishes to pursue a career in
the Pharmaceutical industry.
