TTA Sussex For members and affiliates of TTA Sussex. TTA Sussex is a club of the Traditional Taekwondo Association. The club welcomes mixed abilities and levels of fitness.

The Traditional Taekwondo Association has classes in Haywards Heath, West Sussex:

Children 6-6:30/7pm | Adults 7-8pm

The TTA Sussex club instructor is Dr. Lew who has trained within the TTA at TTA Nottingham University with over 10 years of experience. These classes are WTF taekwondo classes that are open to all. No experience is required. It is suitable for children and adults and classes are tailored to the needs of the students. All instructors are DBS approved. The club is Child and Adult safeguarding friendly and operates in adherence to the British Taekwondo Council's Safeguarding Policy:

Exciting news in the paper for TTA Sussex 🙌

TTA Sussex, a taekwondo club in Haywards Heath and part of 9th Dan Grandmaster TK Loh’s Traditional Taekwondo Association (TTA), took a team to compete in the 44th TTA British Team Championships in Glasgow.

TAE KWON DO…Inversión para toda la vida!!!

🥋 Invertir en taekwondo va mucho más allá de pagar una mensualidad.

Es decidir trabajar en ti incluso los días donde no tienes ganas.
Es aprender disciplina cuando sería más fácil rendirte.
Es construir confianza poco a poco, entrenamiento tras entrenamiento. 💪

Porque muchas veces los cambios no se notan al inicio…
pero con el tiempo se reflejan en tu mentalidad, en tu carácter y en la manera en la que enfrentas la vida. 🔥

El taekwondo no solo fortalece el cuerpo.
También fortalece la mente, la constancia y la forma en la que una persona se desarrolla por dentro.
