The University of Suffolk Legal Advice Centre were thrilled to welcome Sir Brian Leveson to our annual law lecture this year.

He spoke to the audience of law students, alumni and legal experts across the region about his prestigious career and the cases that were most memorable to him.

We would like to thank Suffolk and North Essex Law Society (SNELS) for their partnership and Birketts LLP for their sponsorship for the event.

Recently our student volunteers had the opportunity to visit HMP Hollesley Bay a category D men's prison and Young Offender Institution.

Here we were able to deliver a presentation on the legal advice centre and the legal matters we can assist on such as child maintenance and divorce. The presentation was well received.
