English Society is one of Leeds University's biggest and best departmental societies.

English Society (EngSoc) exists to expand your experience of English at Leeds beyond the confines of your studies through regular socials, theatre trips and more! t to make English a more integrated School. With so few contact hours it can often seem that we English students don't really get the chance to get to know each other as well as we'd like to. EngSoc changes that. We have several sports teams: 11 a side football, 5 a side football and 2 girls netball teams:
