Remember, before you leave your room you need to take your key with you! Most of our doors shut automatically so once you exit and it closes, you’ll need to let our reception team know to let you in 😅🔑

Got a maintenance issue in your room? Our team can help!

Go to your kitchen and scan the maintenance QR code and fill out your room/ flat details and a description of the issue, so we know who needs to come to investigate🔧. This will come through to our team, and once the appropriate member has been allocated to the issue, they will come to have a look at what can be done 🧑‍🔧
