Hello everyone, welcome back!
Summer is coming to an end and term is starting once again. This is the perfect time to get some much needed TLC and destress by attending a relaxing Mindfulness weekend away in the beautiful countryside at The Ratford Retreat Centre in Chippenham.

The retreat is taking place from September 20th-22nd 2019.

The whole weekend costs just £20 for Students and £40 for Professionals. This includes accommodation, all activities and all meals (home cooked and very tasty).

Some of our P and F year students attended last year and found it a perfect way to de-stress, meet new people and share advice with other medical students and doctors.

The retreat is ran by two doctors: Sandy, who worked as head of neonatal ICU at SGH and Derek, a GP and Mindfulness teacher.

The weekend consists of an array of lovely mindful activities such as discussion sessions, exercise sessions, art therapy, yoga classes and country side walks.

Places are limited so if you would like more information/to secure your spot please email Derek at:
[email protected]
