I then went on to train as a teacher and taught at a variety of different schools for 30 years, before retraining as a Hypnotherapist and Counsellor. Having experienced my own mental health challenges I found a way through these, using hypnotherapy and counselling. The impact of the treatment I received was transformational and inspired me to help other people achieve their goals and peace of mind
. I also work with 'Little Miracles', a charity which supports families that have children with additional needs, disabilities and life limiting conditions. I am qualified to treat a wide variety of conditions and phobias, having been awarded the Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling Skills (Cert Hyp CS), Diploma in Counselling Skills and Theory (Dip CST) and the Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Practice (PROF. DIP PSY C.). I am committed to helping and understanding each individual client and genuinely care about each person I work with, to ensure that they receive the best possible outcome and treatment available.
