SETTLE TO SLEEP SESSIONS

Dim the lights, get those Jim jams on and favourite teddy bear ready and help your baby prepare for a more restful nights sleep.
In this session you will learn a massage routine to help baby wind down and relax before bedtime and nod off into dreamland.

The sessions are available after 7pm.
They take place online via Skype or FaceTime

Sessions are £12 each but £10 if booked for November.

2 lovely sessions today.
It was week 4 for these gorgeous babies and we covered the full body massage.
They were all absolute superstars. ⭐️

It’s been lovely to see them all enjoy their massage each week.

The next course is fully booked but please message or email me for online sessions.

We focused on back massage (tummy time included), the face and head.

These 2 little ones wanted to hold hands…so they did. ❤️

A lovely 2 sessions today focusing on the arms, hands and feet.
We spoke about reflexology of the feet and how all these points correspond to different parts of the body and their benefits.

2 lovely sessions today.
We focused on the chest, tummy and legs and learnt to relieve symptoms of colic, constipation and trapped wind.

We had some very relaxed and sleepy babies at the end.
