I have been volunteering for The White Horse Medical practice for six months. Our practice champions are running Walking and Reading groups, Digital Cafe and other groups. Now, I’m excited to introduce my own course to the mix!

*Healthy Living Essentials: A Four-Week Guide* is going to start next week! This course has been a true passion project, and I'm so grateful to see it come to life. I want make evidence-based health information accessible and understandable to everyone. This four-week programme empowers participants to create a clear and informed vision for their own healthy lifestyle, free from the noise of misinformation and fads.

I would love to hear from all of you who have experience using health promotion techniques in your communities. What have been your biggest challenges? What strategies have worked best for you in engaging participants and promoting lasting behavior change?
