Dear ticket holders,
It is with very heavy hearts and much regret that we announce the cancellation of The Oxford Brookes Enchanted Garden Ball 2016.
Having launched the EGB in Oxford in 2015 to great success we were confident that our Garden would grow in size and popularity in 2016. After months of planning this year's Enchanted Garden, ticket sales have fallen short of our expectations and requirements for the event to take place. With lower than expected numbers the event would fall short of the high standards we set for ourselves and of which people have come to expect from The Enchanted Garden Ball
We know how disappointed many of you will be and we sincerely apologise to everyone who has purchased a ticket.
By purchasing a ticket, you have shown your support for our campaign to bring remarkable events to the university students across the country. We thank you for your continued support and hope that you can join us for future projects. We would also like to extend our thanks to the Students’ Union, Sports Teams and Societies who have supported us and promoted the EGB brand over the past months.
All ticket holders will receive a full refund, including booking fees. Refunds will automatically be issued to the card or account used when purchasing your ticket(s) and will show in your account within 5 working days. If you purchased a ticket through one of our reps you can either receive a refund from them directly, or you can exchange your ticket for a refund at the Sports Bar on Friday 29th April between 12pm and 2pm. Please bring your EGB 16 ticket to ensure we can deal with your refund in an efficient manner.
