BAM - New Adelphi Building

BAM - New Adelphi Building BAM is pleased to be delivering the £33 million New Adelphi Building for the University of Salford. Work is due for completion in spring 2016.

BAM is creating a seven-storey home for a raft of creative subjects at the University of Salford. The New Adelphi Building will house the schools of music, performance, architecture, art and design. The 17,000 sq m building will contain a theatre, recording studios, performance rooms, workshops, other specialist teaching spaces and a café. BAM is aiming for an Excellent rating through environmental accreditation scheme BREEAM.

We won the Public Sector Project of the Year and BIM Initiative of the Year Awards for The National Graphene Institute last night at The Builder & Engineer Awards! Our other shortlisted entries included our UTC@MediaCityUK project, CSR Award and Nina Martyn for Construction Trainee of the Year - well done to the team!
