Cnot-3 Research Fundraising

On the 17th of October, me and a whole group of wonderful people are doing a sponsored walk from High Green to Greenhill. The top to the bottom of Sheffield. It should take around 7/8 hours with breaks.

Angram Bank school will be our starting point, and we will finish up at the White Hart pub in Greenhill. (Hopefully 🤪)

The support already has been amazing and the amount of people who have gotten behind my boy and are willing to do this walk is incredible and I am forever grateful for every one of you.

This is to raise money into Archers extremely rare condition, with the hopes of future affected family’s having more answers and potentially finding treatments including possible gene therapy 🧬

I’m planning a sponsored walk from one end of Sheffield right to the other end, top to bottom! To raise money for the CNOT-3 research project.

I know it might be hard with us all being in different locations but please let me know if you’d be interested in joining! I’m thinking a huge group of us, all our family’s and friends with buckets and banners 🤍

Hello everyone! 💛

Just a quick update…

We are so so close to reaching our next target of £5000! 😱

We had a charity football match which raised £230 and I am arranging with the local primary school ways to fundraise with their help! We also have the sponsored tarantula hold coming up 🕷️

Please feel free to start your own fundraising activities! Ask in your local shops/softplays if they’re willing to do a ‘guess the name of the bear’ for example 🧸

If we all pull together we can raise these funds which will start the worlds first CNOT-3 research program with the hopes at identifying treatment via gene therapy 🧬🙌🏻
