Training days go on here and a routine has been up and running for the past weeks! Yesterday was testing day at the gym before breaking off for xmas. Improved the squat test by almost 150% (from 21 to 31 reps with own weight in bar - 80kgs), improved the 4 minute row to 1.40mins with a power average of 295W. The 40s row improved by very little but it is still a positive result as there was no power training at all in these last training weeks (that's for Jan and Feb :). Training got back to normal today!

Flying back home for Xmas on Saturday and getting excited for the sailing! Objective is to put many hours on the water.

Also registered to my 1st Match Racing event ever at the end of January as helm! Happy to see myself starting something new and exciting! There are 5 events in 2016 but most probably won't do them all as we are 3 helms on the Solent match racing! I'll keep you posted on developments!
