Progress Update | Dagenham Green Phase 2

We’re proud to be making strong progress at Dagenham Green Phase 2 alongside our valued client, Hill Group UK Group.

Our works continue to advance with the Energy Centre external works progressing well, while five RC frame residential blocks, reaching up to 18 storeys, continue to take shape. Together with Phase 1, the development will comprise a total of 11 residential blocks, forming a key part of one of London’s most significant regeneration projects.

We are proud to support the delivery of this landmark development, helping create high-quality homes, improved infrastructure and a thriving new community for East London.

A big thank you to everyone on site whose dedication and expertise continue to drive this project forward.

After the successful completion and handover of Phase 1A which consisted of houses for A1, B1 & B2 and the apartment blocks of C1, CX, DX & D3. We are now proud to showcase the latest progress at Phase 1B & 2 of the St Ann’s New Neighbourhood development in Haringey, where Carey London is delivering the groundworks and reinforced concrete frame package for our valued client, Hill Group UK

Phase 1B & 2 form an important part of the wider regeneration of the former St Ann’s Hospital site, delivering high-quality new homes alongside the essential infrastructure that will support this growing community.

Since commencing works, our team has successfully completed a number of key milestones, including the installation of attenuation tanks, deep drainages, underground services, tree cells, the construction of the pile mats, and the foundations for the new residential houses, providing the platform for the next stages of the development.

Building on this progress, Carey London has delivered two reinforced concrete frames, both rising to five storeys, marking another significant achievement as the development continues to take shape.

Our team remains committed to delivering every stage of the project safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality. Working closely with Hill Group UK and the wider project team, we continue to maintain programme while contributing to the successful delivery of this exciting regeneration scheme.

We are delighted to announce our latest project at Wyvil Road, Vauxhall, for our valued client London Square.

Located within the vibrant Nine Elms regeneration area, this landmark mixed-use development will feature an approximately 36-storey tower, delivering over 300 new homes alongside commercial space in one of London’s most exciting growth locations.

Carey London is proud to be delivering the groundworks and reinforced concrete frame package for this scheme. As works commence, our commitment remains focused on delivering the project safely, sustainably, and to the highest standards of quality.

We’re proud to announce our new project Stratford Cross development in East London, working with our client, .

This exciting scheme will deliver 350 new homes across two towers, including a strong mix of build-to-rent and affordable housing, along with commercial space at the heart of a growing community.

Situated on Westfield Avenue within the wider Stratford Cross regeneration area, the project plays a key role in addressing London’s housing demand while contributing to one of the capital’s most vibrant and well-connected neighbourhoods.
