This week's quote comes from the most decorated Olympian of our time, Michael Phelps.

Phelps has had a staggering career winning a total of 28 medals, out of which 23 are gold. Winning 13 individual gold medals found Phelps breaking a 2,168 year old record set by Leonidas of Rhodes in 152 BC, who won 12.

We can all stand to gain inspiration from the incredible athlete by not limiting our dreams and pushing ourselves to achieve our goals.

The Institute of Sport are looking for volunteers to assist with the organisation, planning and running of the Fresher’s Fair in September.

They are looking for a team of enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about student experience to help them plan and promote the 2016 Fresher’s Fair. Roles and responsibilities include table planning, liaison with external business partners, liaison with internal clubs and societies, campus promotion and general event assistance on the day.
