Last Class of the term TONIGHT at 5 Lecture Room B!
We will be looking at the Show Routines, then we will be tackling the Dirty Dancing Lift, and finally having a dance to some Christmas music!

In Class on Sunday we will be revising the dances (Hustle, Waltz, Cha Cha, V.Waltz, Rumba, Quickstep and Jive) ready for the Social Dance next week!
If you know anyone who wants to come to the Social Dance and wants to learn the dances please bring them along with you!

In the lifts class we will continue with the lifts from last week and moving on to the shoulder press to above head.
