It’s that time of year again and as we cannot grow a moustache this November we will be raising money by not fake tanning or using sunbeds for the month, although this seems easy it will be quite a challenge for our members!

💖BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH💖

This month is breast cancer awareness month so we are sharing with you how to check your breasts because it is so important!

As a club we encourage you all to wear something pink at Wednesday training in support and donate a pound which will go to to Breast Cancer Now💞💞

🤍FUNDRIASER ALERT🤍

Our first fundraiser this year is a bake sale🧁our lovely girls will be baking loads of yummy treats for you all!

It will take place next Friday at bridge link, so if you want a Friday treat or a little cake to get you through your lecture pop by and see us💛

Taster sessions are a good chance to try out a new sport or brush up on your skills before trials and meet our committee💙

Remember how important a healthy body and mind are, especially in sport. Be kind to them.

As a sign of support for wellbeing week we are encouraging all club members to wear bright colours to training tomorrow afternoon 💜💗💛🧡💚

Please speak to whoever you feel most comfortable if you are struggling. Whether that is a club or team captain, a coach or someone within the sports or student union, we are all here for you 💬❤️
