The Pendlebury Library of Music supports teaching, learning and research at the Music Faculty of the University of Cambridge. One of our music librarians spotted this and thought that the choir book looked amazingly like a volume of Victoria at the UL. Sure enough Guerrero and Victoria commissioned volumes from the same Roman publisher within a few years of each other. Who knows the two volumes may have even been within a shelf of each other before they headed off on their separate travels.
