And this one here, is the second celebration cake of the weekend! A vegetable garden inspired mini two tiered cake for a very special Dad / Grandad who turned 80 years young! A two layer 8 inch lower tier, and two layer 6 inch upper tier, all red velvet flavour, filled with buttercream and smothered with white chocolate ganache, decorated with your 5-a-day veggies! Every single element of this cake (except for the gold topper) was handmade by me and is completely edible. What do you think? Have you ever seen such a cute pod of peas?!

The first celebration cake of this week is this dog loving, book reading, padel playing, shopper themed beauty! The cake is 8 inches in diameter, 4 layers of sponge deep, stuffed with buttercream and strawberry & ch*****ne jam, covered with a fondant cake wrap. I send the wrap design to Sam Cake and Bake By Sam who printed it for me. All the decorations are edible, including the tennis ball which I absolutely adore!

Autumn is 4! And celebrating with this beautiful Princess inspired Lambeth cake, featuring edible handmade gold ‘mirrors’ featuring images of her favourite Princesses (provided by Cake and Bake). The cake itself is traditional vanilla sponge, sandwiched with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam. I absolutely love how this one turned out!
