The Marquee has a capacity for up to 90 delegates and the option for catering if required.

Under their belts they will have a 20 mile walk and a 16 mile canoe race. The next leg of the journey (pardon the pun!) will be a 19 mile run.

We know they will have this covered, every step, every stroke of the paddle and every foot fall of this run... the clear purpose for every member of this team and all other teams at the University of Worcester taking part in this Charity Challenge is to raise funds for Cure Leukaemia.

From the Ketch to Tewksbury, The 80's Edition will be flexing their muscles on Saturday 5th June when they Canoe for 16 miles on the River Severn for Cure Leukaemia.

It is an early start of 5am for the teams taking part in this challenge so I think they will be incredibly grateful for the food fuel generously donated by Eat Natural.

Every year the University of Worcester run a Charity Challenge in aid of our Charity of the Year, this year it is Cure Leukaemia. Teams across the University are taking part in various events to raise money for Cure Leukaemia.

Members of the Hospitality team, aptly named 'The 80's Edition' will be starting challenge 1, a 20 mile night walk across the Malvern Hills, on Friday 4th June at 7pm.

We know they will rock this challenge and given previous years experience, they know how to make it fun!

The Worcestershire Health and Social Care Awards, sponsored by the University, will be live streamed on Facebook tonight. You can watch it from 7pm on the Worcester News' page. It will run for about an hour.

Good Morning Britain star Dr Hilary Jones will be the host, and some other household names will be making guest appearances.

The awards will recognise the achievements of teams and individuals that have gone above and beyond the call of duty to care for people during the Covid-19 pandemic, across 12 categories.

TONIGHT is the night when we learn the winners of the Worcestershire Health and Social Care Awards 2021.
