It is with sadness that we share the passing of our alumna, Georgina.
Although she graduated only recently, Georgina left a lasting impression on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She was full of energy and enthusiasm, approached every opportunity with passion and positivity, and had a wonderful sense of humour that could brighten even the busiest of days. She cared deeply for others and had a way of making people feel seen, valued and welcome.
As a member of our Business School family, Georgina embodied the spirit of our community - not only through her academic journey, but through the kindness, optimism and joy she brought to those around her. She reminded us that the greatest impact we have is often through the way we make others feel.
Her passing is a heartbreaking loss, and she will be deeply missed by classmates, alumni, faculty and friends. While words cannot lessen the sadness of losing someone so young, we hope her family and loved ones find comfort in knowing how many lives she touched and how fondly she will be remembered.
Georgina will always remain part of our alumni community. We will remember her smile, her laughter and the bright light she brought to our Business School.
