Our Stage 3 undergraduate students got a front-row seat to find out, thanks to an outstanding guest lecture by Ms Christina Dimatati from Kuehne+Nagel, delivered as part of the Human Resource Management module led by Dr Giovanni Serafini.

From leadership and employee experience to AI-powered HR and global talent strategy, this session brought the real world straight into the classroom, and the energy in the room said it all. ✨

The big takeaways? 💡 ✅ Future-ready workforce development ✅ Learning that happens at work, not just before it ✅ Global HR thinking with local heart ✅ Leadership = attitude, collaboration & ownership ✅ HR as a true driver of sustainable performance
