The Lab is the leader for the UTH in the DELICIOUS project (HORIZON IA). The Dept. Food Science and Nutrition also participates. The expertise of the partner is on Classical and Molecular Food Microbiology, Bioinformatics analysis, Predictive modeling, Quantitative Microbiological Risk Assessment and Structural Functional Biochemistry of host-pathogen interactions

Δημοσιεύτηκε η φετινή κατάταξη των επιστημόνων παγκοσμίως: “Update science-wide author databases of standardized citation indicators”.
Kαι τα δύο μέλη του εργαστηρίου, ο Καθ. Ιωάννης Σ. Μποζιάρης και η Επικ. Καθ. Φωτεινή Φ. Παρλαπάνη, συμπεριλαμβάνονται για το 2023 στον κατάλογο των πιο επιδραστικών επιστημόνων, συγκεκριμένα στο ανώτερο 2% παγκοσμίως. Επιπλέων ο Καθ Ιωάννης Σ. Μποζιάρης 2023, συμπεριλαμβάνεται στο ανώτερο 2% παγκοσμίως, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη όλα τα χρόνια της επιστημονικής του πορείας.
