🌟 Turning Operations Theory into Practice with the Sailboat Game🌟

Students in ISOM 5700 Operations Management, led by Prof. Albert Ha, recently took part in the Sailboat Game—a dynamic, role-playing simulation designed to bring supply chain and operations concepts to life. ⛵️ 🎮

💡 Students stepped into operational roles, managed production lines, and experienced how operational decisions can influence the performance of an entire system. 🔧

🤝A little friendly competition, plenty of operational challenges and lots of lessons learned. Shoutout to the teams that kept their cool and their production lines running! ⚙️
