香港教育學院中國語文教育榮譽學士課程主辦，第二屆面書（facebook）徵文? 近年，香港文學廣受關注，不少佳作已成為中文教科書的課文；而撰寫文學評論，能提高學生的評鑑和運用語文的能力，培養對香港文學的閱讀興趣，使他們關注香港文學和作家，故是次比賽以此為主題。
