📧 Important IT Notice: Microsoft EWS Retirement Update ⚠️

Microsoft is retiring Exchange Web Services (EWS) starting 1 October 2026.
If you use official Microsoft Outlook apps (Desktop, Mobile, or OWA in browser), you are completely unaffected and no action is required!
However, if you access your PolyU email using third-party apps (such as older Apple Mail, Spark, or Edison Mail), you may experience connectivity issues.

To ensure uninterrupted service, we recommend:
✅ Updating your email app to the latest version
✅ Switching to official Microsoft Outlook apps for the best experience
💡 Read our latest newsletter issue for full details: https://polyu.hk/AVvrl
