正向教育培訓及研究組於2015年4月成立，目標旨在向學校和其他助人專業，推動兒童、青少年、父母及老師的正向教育，並協助大眾增進個人福祉，以達致豐盛人生。本研究組亦會為教師、社工、輔導員、父母和相關專業人士提供正向教育培訓、講座及工作坊；同時與不同的教育機構或社會福利機構合作進行正向教育研究。

Aims:
- To promote positive education for children, adolescents, parents, teachers in schools and helping professions.
- To enhance subjective well-being of people so as to help them attain a flourishing life

Tasks:
- To conduct training on positive education for teachers, social workers, counselors, parents and related professionals
- To conduct research on positive education
