房委會🏢主辦嘅「共築・創業家2.0」計劃已經開始接受申請喇💪！呢個計劃專為35歲或以下、有志創業嘅後生仔女👨🎓提供免租或者係優惠租金😆嘅零售舖位，詳情如下：
「共築・創業家2.0」
1. 舖位名額👍： 全個計劃合共提供15個零售空間畀入選嘅團隊進駐👏。
2. 靈活進駐安排☺️： 入選團隊除咗可以進駐新增嘅舖位之外，如果現有嘅計劃舖位有吉位出嚟，亦都可以獲得適時候補嘅機會👀。
3. 商界配對機會👥： 合適嘅創業計劃書會被轉介畀商業夥伴做配對，幫後生仔開拓更多元化嘅市場機遇👏。計劃到目前為止已經得到17間商業機構支持🙏。
4. 免租同階梯式租金優惠💵： 頭7個月係免租期，之後參加者仲可以享用3年嘅階梯式租金優惠💰，整體租金會低過市價👨💼，幫大家慢慢適應市場🔍。

Applications for the Housing Authority🏢's "Co-creation Entrepreneur 2.0" scheme are now open💪! The initiative offers retail spaces with rent-free periods or preferential rents😆 for aspiring entrepreneurs aged 35 or below👨🎓. Details are as follows:
"Well-Being · Start-Up 2.0" Programme
1. Quota👍: A total of 15 retail spaces are available for selected teams👏.
2. Flexible Entry☺️: In addition to newly added units, selected teams will have opportunities to fill vacancies in existing scheme locations as they arise👀.
3. Business Matching👥: Suitable business proposals will be referred to corporate partners to help young entrepreneurs explore diverse market opportunities👏. The scheme is currently supported by 17 commercial organizations.
4. Rent-Free Period & Tiered Rent Concessions💵: Following an initial 7-month rent-free period, participants will enjoy a 3-year tiered rent concession💰, with overall rents kept below market rates👨💼 to help them gradually adapt to the market🔍.
