Workshop 7: Szaktanácsadói kompetenciafejlesztés training csoportos (t-group) módszer alkalmazásával
Az eljárás a résztvevői tanulásra koncentrál: strukturált gyakorlatokra épülő tapasztalati tanulást hoz létre, melynek során a tréningcsoport tagjai feladatok és helyzetgyakorlatok megoldásával maguk szabják meg a tanulás módját, minőségét és ütemét. A könnyed játékos jelleg biztosítja, hogy a résztvevők a már rögzült magatartásmintákat felfedjék. A tréning gerincét olyan gyakorlatok alkotják, melyek bizonyos élethelyzeteket szimulálnak játékos formában. Az egyes játékok befejezése után a csoport elemzi a történteket, megbeszéli a tanulságokat, és végül a leszűrt tapasztalatokat általánosítja a hasonló jellegű élethelyzetekre.

Workshop 6: Development of Advisors' Competency Using the Training Group (T-Group) Method
The process focuses on participant learning: it creates experiential learning based on structured exercises, in which the members of the training group define the mode, quality and pace of learning by solving tasks and situations. Lightweight gameplay ensures that participants are able to detect established behaviour patterns. The backbone of the training consists of exercises that simulate certain life situations in a role-playing form. After the end of each game, the group analyzes the events, discusses the lessons, and finally draws the filtered experiences into similar life situations. Experience shows that the training method is a very effective procedure for invested energy and achievement.

Workshop 6: Kompetenzentwicklung der Fachberater unter Anwendung der Trainingsgruppen-Methode (T-Group)
Das Verfahren konzentriert sich auf das Lernen der Teilnehmer: Es schafft ein Lernen durch Erfahrungen aufbauend auf strukturierten Übungen, bei denen die Mitglieder der Trainingsgruppe durch die Lösung von Aufgaben und Situationsübungen selbst die Art des Lernens, dessen Qualität und Tempo vorgeben. Der leicht spielerische Charakter ermöglicht, dass die Teilnehmer die schon verwurzelten Verhaltensmuster aufdecken. Als Faden ziehen sich solche Übungen durch das Training, bei denen bestimmte Lebenssituationen in spielerischer Form simuliert werden. Nach Beenden der einzelnen Spiele analysiert die Gruppe die Geschehnisse, bespricht, was sie daraus gelernt haben, und verallgemeinert schließlich die gemachten Erfahrungen für ähnliche Lebenssituationen.

A PISZTRÁNG KÖR EGYESÜLET: A Duna a Kárpát-medencébe érkezve, több kisebb-nagyobb ágra szakadva egy hatalmas szigetvilágot épített. Ez a csodálatos vízi világ, a magyarországi Szigetköz közel 800 km vízi utat és több mint 300 szigetet tartalmaz, a szlovákiai Csallóközhöz hasonlóan. Szerveznek kezdő és gyakorlott túrázóknak, iskolai csoportoknak, baráti társaságoknak, cégeknek egyaránt kihívást jelentő kaland és ökotúrákat, valamint sok egyéb programot: erdei iskolai program, kenus, gyalogos, kerékpáros ökotúrák, hód-és madárles, vadfotózás, aranymosás, íjászat, horgászat, kenyér és langallósütés. A Tájközpont rendelkezik egy interaktív természetismereti kiállítással is.

“TROUT CIRCLE”: “Trout Circle” Nature-protective Association (Eco-park) was created in 1998 with the aim of deepening people’s knowledge and love for nature and to foster sustainable and healthy living on our Earth. Their activities are complex: organizing nature-awareness canoetours and watercamps; running nature school, ecopark, educational centre and hostel; planning and creating of interactive exhibitions in connection with nature; organizing rubbish-collecting days on land and on water; publishing of specialized books and brochures, etc. We will visit its educational center, interactive exhibitions and active training sites.

PISZTRÁNG KÖR EGYESÜLET (DT. VERBAND FORELLENKREIS): Die Donau hat bei ihrer Ankunft ins Karpatenbecken, sich in mehrere kleinere und größere Zweige aufteilend eine riesige Inselwelt geschaffen. Diese herrliche Wasserwelt in Ungarn, Szigetköz, dt. Kleine Schüttinsel, umfasst etwa 800 km Wasserwege und mehr als 300 Inseln, ähnlich wie im slowakischen Žitný ostrov, dt.: Große Schüttinsel. Sie organisieren für Anfänger und erfahrene Wanderer, Schulgruppen, Freundeskreise und Firmen Herausforderungen darstellende Abenteuerund Ökowanderungen und noch viele andere Programme: Waldschulprogramm, Ökowanderungen mit Kanus, mit Fahrrad oder zu Fuß, Biber- und Vogelbeobachtungen, Wildfotografie, Goldwäsche, Bogenschießen, Angeln, Brot- und Fladenbacken. Das Landschaftszentrum verfügt auch über eine interaktive Naturkundeausstellung.
