📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE - MANDATORY ANNUAL SURVEY 2026

Dear Scholarship Students,

The annual mandatory survey has been sent to you. Please check your email inbox (including your spam/junk folder) to confirm whether you have received it. If you have received it, kindly complete the survey as soon as possible.

Please note that the survey is not sent by our office, but by the Tempus Public Foundation.

📅 Deadline for completion: 15 June 2026

We kindly ask everyone to respect the deadline, as completing the survey is a requirement related to your scholarship obligations.

Obligations of the Scholarship Holder (point j)

The scholarship holder is required to provide feedback on their experiences in the programme by completing an online survey at the end of each academic year, provided that they had an active student status in at least one semester. The survey must be submitted by 15 June at the latest, or, in the case of partial studies, by the end of the scholarship period.

If the scholarship holder fails to submit the report within the deadline, the monthly allowance due from September of the following academic year will not be paid for the entire duration of that academic year. However, the accommodation allowance will not be withdrawn, and the scholarship status will not be terminated.

At the end of the academic year following the missed deadline, the scholarship holder will be given another opportunity to complete the report. If they fulfil this obligation, the monthly allowance will be reinstated; otherwise, they will remain ineligible for the monthly scholarship payment.

☀️The European Network for Remembrance and Solidarity is organising the In Between? summer school for students and young professionals in history, sound engineering, humanities, and social sciences aged 18–26.

In Between? In search of local histories in the borderlands of Europe
When: 8–18 September 2026 📆
Where: Lübeck, Germany 🇩🇪

Participants will travel to Lübeck to investigate the traces of the former inner German border in local memories, everyday life and landscape. Methodological workshops on oral history, sound recording, and podcast production prepare them for interviews they record with experts and members of the local community. To capture their research results, participants produce a collaborative artistic podcast, published as part of the In Between? series on Spotify.
Accommodation and meals are covered by the organisers. Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to Lübeck.

ENRS fosters dialogue on 20th-century European history by organising a wide range of projects, from exhibitions and publications to workshops, study visits, and conferences.
