At this time Indonesia has proven that they have a prospect in macroeconomic management; inflation can be reduced to single digit figures, with economic growth that is the 2nd largest in the world after China and India above, motioning the business world and investors about the sustainability of the business. With the extensive development of globalization, businesses in Indonesia and other developing countries has implications not only in the business sector but in the social development of the community. The two questions is : (i) How is business to compete in the global marketplace?, and (ii) How can't social structures and social infrastructure be reformed to promote business and societal development? For that reason the global economy finally creates challenges at every level, be it for business, government, employees and consumers.
