Research, dialogue and connection at IACCP 2026.

Global-MINDS alum Leticia Scheidt presented her research, “Inclusive Internationalisation: A Comparative Study of Institutional Initiatives in the Global North and South”, at the IACCP International Congress at KU Leuven.

The conference also created a special opportunity to reflect on a decade of Global-MINDS teaching. Leticia joined Christin-Melanie Vauclair, Karolina Mazurowska and Anca Minescu for the roundtable, “A Decade of Global-MINDS: 10 Years of Teaching the Psychology of Global Mobility, Inclusion, and Diversity in Society.”

Thank you to everyone who contributed to these thoughtful conversations on international education, inclusion and cross-cultural psychology.

One of the major advantages of taking part in Global-MINDS? Becoming part of the Global-MINDS community! Our students accompany and support each other throughout their journey. They grow together. And they know how to have fun!

It was lovely to see the cohort of 2025-2027 come together at their summer school at the University of Limerick in June! In addition to diving into statistics and learning about ways to apply their psychological knowledge, they used the time to deepen their friendships and to build new ones. 🍀❤️

Congratulations to Global-MINDS student Gabriella Silva on presenting research at the European Association of Social Psychology (EASP) conference in Strasbourg and the International Society of Political Psychology (ISPP) conference in Newcastle.

At EASP, Gabriella presented research with Smadar Cohen-Chen and Nathaniel Geiger on how responsibility predicts efficacy towards climate action. At ISPP, Gabriella also presented research with Smadar Cohen-Chen and Ruthie Pliskin on how exposure to peaceful protest predicts normative collective action intention.

We are proud to see Gabriella contributing to international research conversations and knowledge exchange.

The amazing and one-and-only Melissa Bosch gave an insightful workshop titled "Shaking the frame" for our Global-MINDS students at the 2026 summer school at the University of Limerick. Students explored how culture, identity, history and power shape the way they see the world and they practiced practical intercultural communication skills and conflict navigation. The weather was great, so a part of the workshop was moved outdoors. Thank you, Melissa, for being our guest and sharing your knowledge and wisdom with us!

Today, Nicolay is helping shape the next generation of Bolivian scholars by mentoring aspiring students and supporting them in securing postgraduate scholarships abroad. His dedication to expanding educational opportunities and building a strong support network is making a meaningful impact for future global leaders.

We are incredibly proud to see our alumni creating opportunities for others and inspiring positive change around the world.

Congratulations, Nicolay! We wish you continued success in this exciting role. 🌍✨

All our students from the cohort 2025-2027 came together for our special Global-MINDS summer school at the University of Limerick. It's a great opportunity to reflect on the past year, to make plans for their second year (including an internship and their thesis), to revisit their statistics skills and to discuss the possible impact and applications of psychological science - but also to get to know each other better and to have fun! 💚🌈

Celebrating Global MINDS Impact

We are proud to celebrate Global MINDS alumna Pankhuri on the publication of the Youth Voices Report: Youth Climate Experiences, Capacity and Participation.

As a co-author of the report through the Youth Climate Action Network (YCAN), Pankhuri contributed to research capturing the perspectives of young people and youth workers across Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Spain, France, and Belgium. The report explores how climate change is experienced across diverse communities while highlighting the importance of meaningful youth participation in shaping climate action.

This achievement reflects the values of the Global MINDS community—combining research, intercultural collaboration, and evidence-based approaches to address global challenges.

Congratulations, Pankhuri, on this outstanding contribution. We look forward to seeing the continued impact of your work.
