בית ספר דינה רקנאטי לרפואה באוניברסיטת רייכמן מברך את איתן וירטהיים, יעל פרנקל ניר ואמיר חיים על העלאתם לדרגת פרופסור.
פרופ׳ איתן וירטהיים, שמונה לפרופסור חבר נלווה, הינו מנכ״ל קופת חולים כללית, לשעבר מנהל המרכז הרפואי רבין, ומכהן כסגן דיקן להוראה קלינית בבית ספר דינה רקנאטי לרפואה.
לפרופ' וירטהיים חלק מרכזי בהקמת בית הספר לרפואה באוניברסיטת רייכמן, והיה מראשוני התומכים בשותפות הייחודית בין קופת חולים כללית, מכבי שירותי בריאות והמרכז הרפואי המשולב ע"ש שיבא - שותפות שהובילה להקמת בית ספר דינה רקנאטי לרפואה.
פרופ' יעל פרנקל ניר, שמונתה לפרופסור חבר נלווה, הינה מנהלת בית החולים הכללי במרכז הרפואי המשולב ע"ש שיבא, רופאת ילדים מומחית ובעלת התמחות-על במינהל רפואי. פרופ' פרנקל ניר ניהלה את מבצע השבים בבית החולים שיבא והוכיחה את חשיבותה של מערכת בריאות חזקה, מקצועית ואנושית. בבית ספר דינה רקנאטי לרפואה פרופ' פרנקל ניר מובילה את תחום הרפואה התעופתית.
פרופ' אמיר חיים, שמונה לפרופסור חבר קליני, הינו ממלא מקום מנהל המחלקה לשיקום אורתופדי, מנהל היחידה לשיקום ביומכני ויו"ר רשות המחקר במרכז הרפואי לשיקום לוינשטיין. פרופ' חיים מוביל חדשנות בתחום השיקום, בדגש על שיקום חיילים ופצועים.

The Dina Recanati School of Medicine at Reichman University congratulates Eytan Wirtheim, Yael Frenkel Nir, and Amir Haim on their promotion to the rank of Professor.
Prof. Eytan Wirtheim, appointed Adjunct Associate Professor, is the CEO of Clalit Health Services, former Director of Rabin Medical Center, and serves as Vice Dean for Clinical Teaching at the Dina Recanati School of Medicine. Prof. Wirtheim played a central role in the establishment of the medical school at Reichman University and was among the first supporters of the unique partnership between Clalit Health Services, Maccabi Healthcare Services, and Sheba Medical Center—a partnership that led to the founding of the Dina Recanati School of Medicine.
Prof. Yael Frenkel Nir, appointed Adjunct Associate Professor, is the Director of the General Hospital at Sheba Medical Center, a senior pediatrician, and a specialist in medical administration. Prof. Frenkel Nir managed the "Returnees Operation" at Sheba Hospital, demonstrating the immense importance of a strong, professional, and humane healthcare system. At the Dina Recanati School of Medicine, Prof. Frenkel Nir leads the field of Aviation Medicine.
Prof. Amir Haim, appointed Clinical Associate Professor, is the Acting Director of the Orthopedic Rehabilitation Department, Director of the Biomechanical Rehabilitation Unit, and Chairman of the Research Authority at Loewenstein Rehabilitation Medical Center. Prof. Haim leads innovation in the field of rehabilitation, with an emphasis on the rehabilitation of soldiers and the wounded.
