אנו גאים לשתף כי ד"ר נדזדה שילובה, בוגרת וחוקרת בתכנית לערים חכמות ואינפורמטיקה עירונית, הוזמנה להרצות במסגרת Open Lecture בינלאומית בנושא:
Housing Affordability: a Moving Target
ההרצאה התקיימה ב־Moldova School of Economics ועסקה באחד האתגרים העירוניים המשמעותיים של זמננו — נגישות לדיור בעולם של שינויי אקלים, צמיחה עירונית, אי־שוויון ותהליכי פיתוח מואצים.
העשייה והמחקר של ד"ר נדזדה שילובה משקפים בדיוק את החיבור שאנחנו מקדמים בתכנית: בין נתונים, מדיניות עירונית, תכנון חכם וחשיבה מרחבית חדשנית — לטובת ערים טובות, שוויוניות וברות־קיימא.
אנחנו גאים לראות את הידע והמחקר שנוצרים אצלנו מגיעים לבמות בינלאומיות ומשפיעים על השיח הגלובלי בתחום העירוניות והדיור.

We are proud to share that Dr. Nadezhda Shilova, a researcher and member of our Smart Cities and Urban Informatics program, was invited to deliver an international open lecture on:
Housing Affordability: A Moving Target
The lecture took place at the Moldova School of Economics (Moldova State University, Chisinau) and addressed one of the most pressing urban challenges of our time — housing affordability in an era of climate change, rapid urban growth, inequality, and accelerated development processes.
Dr. Nadezhda Shilova’s work and research reflect the interdisciplinary approach we promote in our program: combining data, urban policy, smart planning, and spatial thinking to help create more sustainable, equitable, and resilient cities.
We are proud to see people who are involved in our program reaching international platforms and contributing to the global conversation on urban development and housing.
