🚀 We are hiring: Technical Support & Field Integration Engineer!
A growing defense technology company, specializing in the development of advanced communication systems, is seeking a Technical Support and Integration Engineer for a challenging and dynamic role in Israel and abroad.
The position includes providing technical support to the company's clients, leading integration processes, system implementation, and ongoing collaboration with the R&D and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
- Leading professional demonstrations of MANET products to potential and existing clients
- Planning and executing field tests for validation and performance demonstration
- Providing technical support (Tier 1 & Tier 2) - remotely and on-site
- Troubleshooting, integrating, and implementing systems at customer sites
- Delivering technical training and instruction to clients, as well as managing ongoing relationships
- Writing, developing, and updating training materials, support documentation, and User Manuals
Requirements:
- Very high-level English - Mandatory
- Experience working with and instructing technical clients - Mandatory
- Hands-on technical support experience with communication systems - Mandatory
- Familiarity with military communication systems - Significant advantage
- Technician / Practical Engineer / Communications Engineer, or equivalent professional training acquired during military service
- Experience from manufacturing companies in the UAV / Drone / Robotics sectors - Advantage
