• Create a network of like-minded professionals
• Access to learning and building skills and competencies
• Acknowledge alternatives to typical dilemmas
• Exposure to role models
• Learn to leverage the eco system

While our spotlight is on developing women leaders from different sectors, we also focus on men leaders. It is about mainstreaming men in this approach - to make them aware of the two professions a woman walks on, their styles, and their challenges and of course, understand men’s perspectives on the topic at hand. Being a spouse of a working woman or a leader working with women, men have to foster an inclusive environment in these spaces. Get Involved
