IIEC, IISER Berhampur The Entrepreneurship Cell IISER Berhampur is a nonprofit student body that aims to foster the quiescent entrepreneurial spirit of young students.

The Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) is a non-profit organization run by the students of IISER Berhampur. We are here with some exciting news. It's time for our very own Meme Competition, 'Meme-O-preneurs", and we're inviting you to join in the laughter-filled ride!
The theme of the competition is 'Indian Entrepreneurs'. Memes will be judged based on the following criteria: humour, originality, relevance to Indian entrepreneurship, and overall creativity. So, get ready to unleash your meme powers and showcase your wit and humour in capturing the essence of Indian entrepreneurs.
Post the memes on your Instagram account and tag IIEC using the hashtags- "meme-o-preneurs" and "iiec_iiserbpr". Also, tag a friend and challenge them to create a meme on the topic. The deadline for posting your memes is 7 November 2023.

Effective leadership will assist you in capitalizing on opportunities and generating long-term growth.

Business owners can choose to pay themselves salaries or distribute profits over the course of the year. The method by which a business owner is paid can have a significant impact on their tax bill. Baby Boomers come in second place with 41%, closely followed by Millennials and Zoomers at 13% and 1%, respectively, of all small company owners. Men make up 68% of small business owners, while women only make up 32%.

In fact, it's estimated that about 35% of small-company employees leave their jobs and launch their own business within two years. In contrast, only 25% of employees in larger businesses follow this practice.
