We all recognize that the world economy has become increasingly knowledge-based and technology-driven. National development depends on the capacity of huma

n resources and education is the key to human capacity building. Education is an important element to assist people in coping with the new challenges of the contemporary society. Therefore, quality and relevance of teacher education play an important role in educational development. I am confident that many institutions have been attempting to enhance their quality of education through different methods. As for RCER, our core strategies in education development include creating educational opportunities, developing management and learning quality and raising educational standard and increasing national competitive capability. In the area of teacher education, we focus four highlighted issues namely: learning reform for knowledge-based livelihood; strengthening capacity of teachers; strengthening management system for quality learning; and resources management education. I would like to express my appreciation to the effort of RCER and wish success in all of its deliberations.

Under the aegis of Rahul Education, Shree L.R. Tiwari Law College and Rahul College of Education jointly organized the Convocation Ceremony to celebrate the academic achievements and successful completion of studies by graduating students. Rahul College of Education celebrated its 19th Convocation. The ceremony reflected the institution’s dedication to academic excellence, holistic development, and value-based education.

The main objectives of the convocation were to confer degrees, motivate students towards excellence, inspire them for future professional endeavors, and strengthen parent-teacher-management collaboration.

The ceremony began with the traditional academic procession and lamp lighting ceremony. Shree L.R. Tiwari Law College Principal Dr. Shweta Chaturvedi welcomed the dignitaries, faculty, parents, and students, followed by highlighting institutional achievements. Degrees were conferred upon the graduating students in recognition of their hard work and academic success.

Dr. Frances Vaidya, Principal of Rahul College of Education, concluded the convocation ceremony by congratulating the graduates and encouraging them to uphold the values of dedication, compassion, and excellence. The ceremony was a proud and emotional moment for students and their families. Graduates expressed gratitude towards their teachers and institution for shaping their careers. The event fostered a sense of achievement and belonging among the students.
