Sorry, for non responding. There is nothing important at this phase but negative work except writing a letter to the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Norendra Modijee to include the lakhs refugees of Valmiki Nagar, who are worst victim of the partition of India, in recent move to bring legislation in Paliament for 16 districts of India for whom once I tried my level best once to bring some improvement taking all risk but our attempts were ended in failure due very very complex situations and difficult terrine. But still I feel something is required to be done for them and let us hope for the best [Of course I had the rarest opportunity like both the collectors of East and West champaran, ASDO of Bagha subdivision, some good people from these areas were known to me who directly or indirectly gave me protection in my journey to this difficult terrine. One day I felt ordinary man can not sustain the odd situation there and took aged and seasoned sannyasi Anubhavananda Maharaj of Bharat sevasram Sangha ( through out India they are famous for their dedicated service to the nation) there in the hope that he might be able to do something/ to bring improvement for them. [ Synnasy was chosen because Ratnakar has gone long before but his descendants are very active in this area, kidnapping, looting ,snatching etc are frequent phenomenon,but by kidnapping Sannyasi they are to gain nothing] I introduced him with the highly qualified & dedicated Nepali Priest of Vamiki Asram who brought lot of improvement of the very ancient place Ashram in this lonely place so that he may be helpful to Maharaj in the event of any contingency in the bank of Tamasa river( as described in Ramanaya) and opposite to famous Gandak river. In fact , inside of Valmiki Nagar deep forest Bagha town is there at one end whereas on the other side of deep forest river Gandak( opposite side of the river fall under Nepali territory) and Valmiki Ashram are there in between all refugees live He( Anubhavananda Maharaj) tried a lot in-spite of hostile situation, proceed to acquire land there and prepared blue print, ultimately failed due to odd development. Later very Ld Ajit Maharaj visited these area but he too could not do much. It is needless to mention that my support was always there with them and used to keep track of their movement in this difficult terrain so that in odd eventuality I can proceed there to rescue them. Any way I deeply acknowledge their invaluable service /attempt in this difficult terrine, at least they were able to built a conscious among worst effected people of the partition of the country & Burmese Migrant/refugees thereon]
