From Preparation to Selection: Your CTET Success Strategy 🎯📚

Satyug Darshan Institute of Education & Research (SDIER), Faridabad organized an inspiring Alumni Talk Series on “From Preparation to Selection: Your CTET Success Strategy.”

We were delighted to have our alumna, Ms. Sanju Yadav (Batch 2023–25) as the Resource Person.

Drawing from her personal experience, Ms. Yadav shared valuable and practical insights on effective CTET preparation, including:
🔹 Understanding the CTET syllabus and examination pattern
🔹 Creating a realistic and structured study schedule
🔹 Building strong conceptual clarity
🔹 Practising previous years’ question papers and mock tests regularly
🔹 Developing effective time management and revision strategies
🔹 Maintaining consistency, confidence and a positive mindset

The interactive session provided our students with a clear roadmap to transform focused preparation into successful selection. Their active participation and enthusiasm made the session meaningful and engaging.

The session was convened by Dr. Jugnu Khatter Bhatia, Principal, SDIER, and effectively moderated by Dr. Khushbu Verma, Assistant Professor.

🌟 Alumni Talk Series | SDIER Alumni Connect Cell 🌟

Satyug Darshan Institute of Education & Research, Faridabad successfully organized another insightful session under its Alumni Talk Series on "School Internship Programme: Enhancing Professional Skills Through Practice."
We were delighted to welcome our distinguished alumna Ms. Priya Pandey (Batch 2023–25), currently serving as PRT (English) at V K International School, Faridabad, as the Resource Person. Drawing from her firsthand teaching experience, she shared practical insights into school internship, classroom management, lesson planning, professional ethics, communication skills, and the transition from being a pupil teacher to a confident educator.
The session inspired our B.Ed. pupil teachers to approach their upcoming school internship with confidence, professionalism, and a reflective mindset. The interactive discussion, enriched by real-life experiences and practical strategies, encouraged participants to view internship as a transformative learning journey rather than merely a mandatory component of the programme.

The session was convened by Dr. जुगनू खट्टर भाटिया , Principal, and effectively moderated by Mrs. Anita Sahay , Assistant Professor, who ensured an engaging and meaningful interaction throughout.

SDIER sincerely thanks Ms. Priya Pandey for returning to her alma mater and motivating future educators with her valuable experiences.
