International Women’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in our college on 9 March 2026. The main objective of the celebration was to spread awareness about women’s empowerment, gender equality, and the importance of respecting women in society. On this occasion, a Slogan Writing Competition was organized for the students.

The program started with a short introduction by Dr. Vandana Sharma, Principal,about the significance of Women’s Day. The teacher coordinator highlighted the contribution of women in different fields such as education, science, politics, and social development. Students were encouraged to express their thoughts and creativity through meaningful slogans related to women’s empowerment.

Many students actively participated in the competition and prepared beautiful slogans on A3 size sheets with creative designs and colors. The topics given for the competition were:
1. Empowered Women, Empower the World
2. Strong Women, Strong Nation
3. Respect Women, Respect Humanity
4. A Woman’s Power Changes the World
5. Celebrate Her Strength, Celebrate Her Spirit

All the participants presented inspiring and thoughtful slogans that reflected the importance of women in society. The judges appreciated the creativity, message clarity, and presentation of the slogans. After careful evaluation, the best entries were selected and winners were appreciated for their efforts.

The celebration created awareness among students about the role of women in building a strong and progressive society. It also motivated students to respect and support women in every aspect of life.

The program concluded with a message that empowering women is essential for the development of the nation. Overall, the Women’s Day celebration was informative, inspiring, and successful.

The festival of Holi was celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy in our college on 3 March 2026. The celebration aimed to spread the message of love, unity, and happiness among students and staff members.
The program began with a warm welcome speech by the Principal,Vandana Sharma. who highlighted the cultural and social significance of Holi. Everyone enjoyed playing with organic colors. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, music, and positivity. Teachers also joined the celebration, making the event more memorable.
Students were advised to use only safe and eco-friendly colors.
Overall, the Holi celebration was a grand success. It strengthened the bond among students and teachers and created beautiful memories for everyone.

The Sports Day of Aravali College of advanced studies in Education was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 27th February 2026 in the college playground. The event aimed to promote physical fitness, unity, and sportsmanship among students.
The programme began with the welcome of the Principal and faculty members. Various events organised during the sports day.The 200-meter race was one of the most thrilling competitions of the day. Participants displayed remarkable speed, stamina, and determination, while fellow students cheered enthusiastically. Another interesting and enjoyable event was the Lemon Race, which required balance and concentration. The participants carefully carried a lemon on a spoon and raced towards the finish line, making the event both exciting and entertaining for everyone present.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks and the National Anthem.
Overall, the Sports Day was a grand success and created memorable moments for students and staff alike.

Surajkund Craft Mela Trip
On 15th February 2026, Aravali college of advanced studies in education organized an educational trip to the Surajkund International Crafts Mela, held at Surajkund, Haryana. The trip was planned to provide students with practical exposure to Indian art, culture, and traditional crafts.
The students, accompanied by Principal and teachers, reached the venue in the morning. The environment of the mela was vibrant and colorful. Various stalls displayed handicrafts, handlooms, pottery, paintings, jewelry, and traditional artifacts from different states of India. Students observed artisans demonstrating live craft-making techniques, which helped them understand the creativity and hard work involved in handmade products.
The mela also showcased rich cultural diversity through folk dances, music performances, and regional cuisines. Students explored different state pavilions and learned about India’s cultural heritage.
The visit was not only enjoyable but also educational. It enhanced students’ knowledge about traditional arts and promoted respect for Indian culture. The trip encouraged experiential learning beyond the classroom.
Overall, the trip to Surajkund Craft Mela was a memorable and enriching experience for both students and teachers.

Aravali College of Advanced Studies in Education started the Internship B.Ed. 2nd Year Session (2024–26) on 1st December 2025, and on this day a surprise visit was conducted in the Government Internship Schools. During the visit, it was observed that all B.Ed. interns were performing their duties sincerely, actively participating in classroom teaching as well as in all school activities. Motivational lectures were also delivered to the school students, which encouraged and inspired them positively. Dr. Vandana Sharma, Principal, Aravali College of Advanced Studies in Education, appreciated the dedication of the interns and expressed her sincere gratitude to the school administration and staff for their valuable guidance, support, and cooperation in the successful running of the internship programme.

Aravali college of advanced studies in education celebrated Republic Day and Vasant Panchami with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The programme aimed to inculcate values of nationalism, cultural awareness, and respect for Indian traditions among students. Both occasions were celebrated together in a well-organised manner, reflecting unity in diversity.

The Republic Day celebration commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the singing of the National Anthem. The Principal Dr. Vandana mam addressed the gathering and highlighted the significance of 26th January, reminding students about the adoption of the Indian Constitution and the duties of responsible citizens.

Students presented patriotic speeches, poems, and cultural performances that showcased the sacrifices of freedom fighters and the pride of being Indian. The Principal Ma’am also mesmerized the audience by singing a beautiful and inspiring patriotic song, which was highly appreciated by everyone present.

Vasant Panchami, dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, was celebrated to mark the importance of knowledge, wisdom, and learning. The programme began with a brief prayer and Saraswati Vandana.

Various activities such as devotional songs, recitations, and short speeches were organised to highlight the cultural and educational significance of Vasant Panchami. The celebration encouraged students to value education and creativity.
