*Empowerment Through Awareness: Self-Defence Workshop under Mission Shakti 5.0*

In alignment with the vision of *Mission Shakti*, *Narayana e-Techno School, Ghaziabad*, organized an enlightening *Self-Defence Workshop* aimed at fostering confidence, resilience and vigilance among girl students.

The session was meticulously conducted by *Ms. Upasana Pandey*, Assistant Commissioner of Police and Rastriya swayam sevika team who adeptly instructed students from *Classes VI to XI* in essential self-defence manoeuvres and techniques to ensure personal safety in critical circumstances.

Ms. Pandey also delivered a thought-provoking discourse on the *harmful repercussions of unregulated social media engagement* and the *growing perils associated with artificial intelligence misuse*. She accentuated the significance of digital judgement and urged students to navigate the virtual world with prudence and awareness. Furthermore, she informed the attendees of the *women’s emergency helpline number 112*, emphasizing its utility in situations demanding immediate assistance or protection.

The workshop proved to be a *transformative and empowering initiative*, equipping the young girls with not only the art of self-defence but also the wisdom to exercise caution, confidence and consciousness in an ever-evolving social and digital landscape.
