Rajasthan Commerce Teachers' Syndicate under the aegis of Ishan Foundation Jaipur celebrated the Felicitation Ceremony of the Mock Board held on 3rd and 10th of February. Notably Prof. Dr. N.D. Mathur was the Chief Guest. Shri Pramod Bhasin, Smt. Mridul Bhasin, Shri Vasudev Ji Bhatt and Adv. Shri Ajay Parwal were the other Honorary Guests. The program was conducted under the guidance of Mr. R. K. Sharma (Presidential National Teacher Awarded) Honorary Patron RCTS, Dr. Ranjeet Singh, Chairman RCTS, and Mr. Vishwas Fatehpuria, Founder & Joint Managing Trustee, Ishan.

Congratulations and wishes to all the members of RCTS and Ishan Foundation for the successful ex*****on of the first event RCTS Mock Board under the Chairmanship of Dr. Ranjeet Singh and Secretary Mr. Vishwas Fatehpuria.

// ISHAN FOUNDATION (Trust) //

ISHAN FOUNDATION (Trust) Jaipur was registered in July, 2018 under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, with the aim to work in the field of Education, Medical Science, Commerce, Environment and Wildlife, Cultural Exchange, Cross-Border Exchange, Legal Aid and Advocacy, and Human Rights etc with the sole motive of Social Welfare. The Motto of the Trust is VASUDHAIVA KUTUMBAKAM which means, “The world is one family”. The Trust works in accordance with the motto providing optimum opportunities to everyone.

Today, ISHAN is a family with its presence in Social Welfare and Education sector across Rajasthan, with the presence of RCTS (Rajasthan Commerce Teachers’ Syndicate) under the aegis of ISHAN Foundation. The Trust looks forward to expanding its operations in Delhi-NCR and PAN Rajasthan by the end of first quarter of 2019. Also, the Trust aims to establish SUMANGLA – A Legal Aid and Human Rights Unit of ISHAN FOUNDATION, by the end of this year 2018. The Trust also aims to establish JCAF (Joint Consortium of Academicians Forum).

// RCTS' Proposed Events //

• Commerce Olympiad: Enabling a student with the exposure to face today’s competitive world via the mode of creating a sense of competitive exam, to teach them to make a balance in their life, avoiding stress, and to test their conceptual knowledge leading towards better understanding for the board preparations.

• Mock Board: In this session 2018-19, we are coming up with our own “RCTS' Mock Boards 2019” – An Event of ISHAN Foundation (Trust) Jaipur exclusively for the Class 12th Commerce Students being prepared by CBSE subject experts, where our team will conduct a series of examinations so as to prepare the students for the upcoming CBSE Board examinations. Through the medium of Mock Boards, students will be able to test their knowledge and can compete with students of various schools enabling them to access their actual position.

• Felicitation Function: With the aim of “Excellence”, RCTS will honor the students along with the teachers and the professionals in the field of Commerce for their outstanding performances in different examinations as per the discretion of the Executive Board of the RCTS.

• Members’ Meet/ Socials/ Excursions: RCTS will organize Open House Meet to discuss the happenings of the Committee. A member is entitled to come up with an idea/suggestion pertaining to the growth of the Committee, ensuring the transparency in the functioning of the Committee.
Committee will also organize Socials/ Excursions with the purpose of the well-being of the members.

• Training/Seminars/Events: RCTS will Organize Professional Training Camps/Seminars/Events for the purpose of accelerating professional growth of the Commerce Teaching Fraternity.

// AIMS AND OBJECTIVES //

• The Committee shall conduct Workshops, Orientation Programs, Seminars, Conferences and Other Academic and Professional programs to enrich the awareness of the stakeholders at par with the modern day condition.

• To prepare high-quality teaching materials for the various Commerce Subjects, publishing various Periodicals, Journals, Charts, Books, Sample Question Papers, Mock Papers, Magazines, and Newsletters etc to achieve the aims and objectives of the committee.

• To conduct various Exams, Mock Boards, Olympiads for students at National and International Level.

• To conduct different competitions for teachers/students like quiz, essay writing, exhibitions, debates, presentations, training, excursions etc.

• To prepare specialized designed Assignments, notes, papers for the students of different categories.

• To conduct corporate and/or professional and/or teachers training workshops resulting in the improvement in teaching.

• To conduct career focused awareness workshops/seminars/training for the students to make them aware of the present day career opportunities.

• To organize conferences/seminars/events/workshops in the association of the other organizations and universities established as per the due procedure of law.

• To Organize Felicitation Programs for giving away awards, rewards, and prizes to the winners of different competitions/exams, to organize different social, cultural and awareness programs, and to organize press conferences etc.

• To provide scholarships and stipend to brilliant and well-deserving students, to confer awards to children/teachers/social workers/ artists/educationalists, academians and others from different segments of the society, as per the discretion of the Executive Board.

• To impart free study materials/books/education to the needy students.

• To run vocational learning programs for the general public.

• To undertake developmental/value addition/ professional activities independently or in collaboration with other voluntary agencies/ govt. or Non-govt. organizations in the name of the ISHAN FOUNDATION Jaipur.

• To accept sponsorship/donation/ money for association/partnership, for conducting functions/ programs/ seminars/workshops and other activity as per the objectives of the Committee.

• To conduct programs of fundraising for the purpose of fulfillment of the professional objectives and social needs.

• To work and provide aid for the welfare of the students/ teacher/parents and economically weaker sections of the society.

• To understand the nature of and the need for Commerce subjects in relation to national/regional/local socio-economic needs and cultural values, making them available of the international standards to the beneficiaries.

• To propagate, help and carry out programs, seminars, discourses, lectures, film shows to attain the above aims and objectives.

• To arrange and hold shows for students, cultural events, competitions of sports for the encouragement of the youth.

• To do/conduct any other activity/programme for the achievements/progress and the development of the objectives of the committee, in accordance with the applied laws.

RAJASTHAN COMMERCE TEACHERS’ SYNDICATE (RCTS) formerly known as RAJASTHAN/JAIPUR COMMERCE TEACHERS’ COMMITTEE (RCTC/JCTC), is a purpose-driven committee under the aegis of ISHAN FOUNDATION (Trust) Jaipur, registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882, in the year 2018, with the aim to provide a platform for commerce teachers, students and the professionals to come together and to cater the diverse needs of the field of Commerce, and to inculcate the atmosphere of mutual learning, exchange of knowledge, sharing and development of innovative teaching strategies and ways to enrich classroom teaching experiences ensuring world-class learning outcomes for the students enabling them to achieve great heights.

Notably, Dr. Ranjeet Singh serves as the Chairman of RCTS. With an experience of more than 25 years, he has achieved an article of distinction into the field of commerce education in Rajasthan.

Also, Mr. R. K. Sharma, Recipient of National Teacher Award by then President Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, in the year 2005, serves as the Honorary Patron of the Committee.

The Concept of forming RCTS as a platform and a catalyst for growth and development of the industry is a brainchild of the Joint Managing Trustee of the ISHAN FOUNDATION (Trust) Jaipur, Mr. Vishwas Fatehpuria under the guidance of Dr. Ranjeet Singh, Chairman, RAJASTHAN COMMERCE TEACHERS’ SYNDICATE.
