Administrative Building :
The Administrative Building is having a covered area of 25000 Sq. The work for the construction of Administrative Building has been allotted to M/s IVRCI I&P Ltd., Hyderabad for Rs. 29.72 crore. Front Block :
It is four storied block having covered area of about 4800 sq. The finishing work i.e
painting, laying of floors, woodwork, façade stone work, structural glazing and joinery work is progress and building blocks is expected to be completed in Jan-2008 and the University shall shift in the front block in Jan-2008. Rear Block:
The rear block is eight storied block with a basement of 2500 sq. This block is structurally completed and brick work, laying of flooring, plastering and joinery work is in progress. This building block is expected to be ready for occupation by June-2008. Air conditioning, External Electrification, Public Health Works and Service block :
The Administrative building is centrally air conditioned. The whole building has been given power backup by generators for lighting and running of fans. The central air conditioning work, External Electrification works and Public Health works have been completed to the tune of 70%. Rain harvesting system has been providing for the area around administrative building. The cost of these works is approximately Rs.9 corers. Phase-II Works
