INTERNSHIP RULES FOR E3 STUDENTS :::::PLS SHARE :::
Important notice on Summer Internship
As per RGUKT curricula, E3 students have to carry out 08 week summer
internship under a qualified supervisor/guide in any professional organization
during 23 rd
May 2014 to 27 th
July, 2014.
In this internship, it is expected that each student need to undertake a
problem, solve it and findout the solution apart from brief introduction to the
problem solving. In order to achieve this, activities like (i) data collection (ii)
experimental work (iii) field observations (iv) adequate industrial exposure (v)
real time exposure to the equipment in the industry (vi) analysis of large
volume of data (vii) development of application related software etc may be
required. Student is expected to undergo some of these components in the
internship apart from carrying out analysis. Finally a report, as per standard
format, needs to the prepared and this to be certified by the concern
supervisor. Further guidance from one supervisor for many students should be
avoided.
This time, summer internship will be monitored by the faculty members during
summer internship period and someone who fails to satisfy the above
requirements may be asked to repeat the internship.
It was brought to the notice of the university that a fraction of students are
joining some organizations in places like Hyderabad where there is no scope
for above mentioned activities in the summer internship. These organizations
may provide pure training and this will not be acceptable. Students are
advised not to undertake such internships as they donot satisfy the
internship requirements and the university shall not accept and a student
may have to repeat the internship if they join such organizations.

mandatory and failing which student will not be considered for summer
internship. The link will be deactivated and those who donot fill up shall not be
registered for present summer.
