Advertisement for JRF (ECE) Position in a Research Project
Applications are invited for the post of a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in ECE under the DSTBT, Govt. of West Bengal
“Real Time Prediction of Signal Strength and Atmospheric Losses using Machine Learning for 4G
LTE and 5G Communication”, under the supervision of Dr. Dalia Nandi (PI), ECE, IIIT Kalyani and
Dr. Sanjay Chatterji (Co-PI), CSE, IIIT Kalyani.
Eligibility: ME/M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering /Computer Science &
Engineering / Information Technology or related disciplines with first class or equivalent. GATE score is
preferable.
Fellowship: Rs. 25,000 per month (all-inclusive) in the 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 30,000 per month in the
3rd year (as per the norms of DSTBT, Govt. of West Bengal).
