🌱 Let’s nurture nature for a better tomorrow. 🌍
On the occasion of Earth Day (22 April 2026), the Eco Club of Minerva College of Education organized a meaningful plantation drive involving all B.Ed. students. The initiative aimed to promote environmental awareness and responsibility among future educators.
Students actively participated by planting saplings and also replanting those nurtured earlier, ensuring their proper growth in the natural environment. Additionally, many students brought medicinal plants from their homes, contributing to the creation of a healthier and greener ecosystem.
This activity not only highlighted the importance of environmental conservation but also encouraged students to take small yet impactful steps towards a sustainable future.

A grand and successful Canteeni Mandeer (MH1) program was organized at Minerva Group of Colleges,Indora, . Students showcased their talent through cultural performances, including a rapid-fire competition and Himachali Nati, Bhangra, creating an atmosphere of excitement. The event was hosted by Ravneet Singh.
Dr. Prashant Kumar (Principal, Minerva college of Education), B. D. Sharma (Dean of Academics), Dr. Kapil (Principal, Minerva College of Pharmacy) and Dr.Aman Prashar (Principal ,Minerva College of Nursing ) graced the occasion and appreciated the students’ performances. The dignitaries emphasized the importance of such events in enhancing students’ confidence and personality development.
The program will soon be telecast on MH1, and the organizers expressed gratitude to all participants and guests.

*Exploring cultures beyond borders! 🌍*
Minerva College of Education, Indora (H.P.) organized an International Cultural Exchange Programme through online mode on 10th April 2026 on the topic “Understanding Cameroon: A Central African Country.” The programme aimed to promote global awareness and foster cross-cultural understanding among students.
The session featured *Mr. Robert Kenfack,* Fulbright Fellow, School of Finance, Insurance and Risk Sciences, Yaounde, Cameroon, as the resource person. The programme was efficiently hosted by Dr. Mohan Sharma, who ensured smooth coordination throughout the session, while the guest was formally introduced by Dr. Rachna Purohit, who highlighted the significance of the interaction. The session proved to be highly informative and interactive. Students from both countries actively participated and engaged in a healthy discussion on cultural differences. Various questions were raised and discussed during the session, contributing to a deeper understanding of each other’s traditions, values, and lifestyles.
The Principal of the college, **Dr. Prashant Kumar Sharma** , also actively participated in the programme by posing insightful questions to the guest speaker. The session concluded with the Principal delivering a formal vote of thanks, expressing sincere gratitude to Mr. Robert Kenfack for sharing his valuable knowledge and experiences.

A special guest lecture was organized at Minerva College of Education (07/04/2026). On this occasion, Mrs. Krishna Awasthi, Chairperson of Awasthi College of Education, Dari Dharamshala, attended as the keynote speaker.
She highlighted the importance of P3Y (Paramyog, Paramnad) Kriya and explained its role in improving students’ mental health, concentration, and overall development, especially in the present technological era where stress and mental issues are increasing.
Dr. Dinesh Dhiman, Dean of Awasthi College of Education, also shared the benefits of P3Y Kriya with the students.
At the end of the program, Principal Dr. Prashant Kumar expressed his gratitude to the guests and appreciated the initiative as an important step for students’ well-being under the Indian Knowledge System. The guests were honored with shawls and mementos, and the college management thanked them for their valuable presence.

A farewell ceremony was organized by the junior batch of BCA students at the Minerva College of Education for their seniors. The College Dean, Director and other dignitaries graced the occasion with their presence, adding to the splendour of the event. The junior batch students showcased their talents by presenting a diverse range of cultural programs. Finally, the Senior batch students were honoured with various titles, in which Nitin was named Mr. Farewell, Mahak Miss Farewell, Karan Mr. Personality, Anmol Mr. Talented, Palak Miss Talented, Ayushi Miss All-Rounder, and Shashi Mr. All-Rounder.

Sports Meet Organized at Minerva College of Education
Minerva College of Education successfully organized a Sports Meet, where students enthusiastically participated in various exciting events such as Spoon Race, Shot Put, Three-Leg Race, 100 Meter Race, Tug of War, and Hit the Target.
The students showed great energy, sportsmanship, and team spirit throughout the event, making the Sports Meet a grand success. Their active participation and enthusiasm added joy and excitement to the entire program.
At the end of the event, a Prize Distribution Ceremony was held in which the winning students were awarded prizes for their outstanding performances. The event was filled with fun, motivation, and memorable moments, and everyone enjoyed the day wholeheartedly.
Such activities encourage students to stay active, build teamwork, and develop a spirit of healthy competition. 🏅
