✨ Workshop on “Protecting IPR and IP Management for Start-Up” ✨

The PG & Research Department of Commerce, in association with the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), Valluvar College of Science and Management (Autonomous), Karur, successfully organized an insightful workshop on “Protecting IPR and IP Management for Start-Up” on 27.04.2026 at the MBA Seminar Hall.

The session by Mrs. S. Priya, Department of Hospital Administration, Annai Women’s College, Karur, provided valuable insights into Intellectual Property Rights, innovation protection, patents, trademarks, copyrights and IP management strategies for start-ups. Around 80 students actively participated and gained practical exposure to entrepreneurial innovation and intellectual asset protection.
