Strategically located in Janglote, Kathua, UIET enjoys a favorable geographical position, situated approximately 2 km North-West from NH-1A when traveling from Kathua to Lakhanpur. This advantageous location facilitates convenient access for students from neighboring states such as Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. The UIET is situated within the Kathua Campus of the University of Jammu, provides state-of-the-art facilities, exemplifying world-class amenities. It houses modern laboratories, well-equipped workshops, spacious classrooms, and seminar halls. Additionally, the institute boasts an expansive library, stocked with a diverse collection of national and international journals,
