NOTICE FOR STUDENTS – 2.5..2026
1. The class schedule will be finalized as follows:
◦ Friday evening for Saturday classes
◦ Saturday evening for Sunday classes
2. Pro data fee payment must be completed at RC Kaloor (Monday to Friday) for pending attendance of previous semesters. Refer to the Facebook post already shared.
◦ Submit a copy of the payment receipt at the study center after payment.
3. Offline practical sessions will be conducted on the following dates:
During these 40 days, lab sessions will be available for:
C, C++, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Python, Data Structures & Algorithms, Computer Networks, Software Engineering, DBMS, Java, PC Software, Project Work, and OS.
◦ For MCSL222, 223, 228, 229, and MCSL204 (Linux), faculty availability is limited.
◦ If faculty is available, BCA 2, MCA 2, and MCA 3rd semester sessions will be scheduled with faculty name and course code.
◦ Otherwise, these lab sessions will be marked as “LAB” in the schedule, and students may utilize the time to discuss theory subjects or C lab with available teachers.
Schedule of Practical Days:
• March 2026: 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29
• April 2026: 4, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26
• May 2026: 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24
• June 2026: 6, 7, 13, 14, 20, 21, 27, 28
(June dates may change depending on TEE June 2026)
• July 2026: 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 26
(July dates may change depending on Practical exam Dates)
Online class details will be posted in Whats app groups by the Class coordinators.( Attendance is not mandatory)
Attendance will be sent to RC Kaloor at the end of each month. Therefore, students are advised to maintain regular attendance, as absences from study center offline classes up to April 2026 (i.e., not attending classes until the last week of April-2026) may result in a shortage of attendance.
Students who fall short of attendance will not be eligible for the Lab exams in June 2026. Such students can appear for the Lab exams in December 2026 after paying the pro rata fees at RC Kaloor ( Regional Centre, Kaloor, Kochi, near Kaloor Bus stand). A copy of the payment receipt must be submitted at the study center to attend the pending lab classes scheduled from August to November 2026.
Next semester lab classes and Induction meeting will commence after July - 2026.
