The session aims to familiarize faculty members with the effective use of GitHub for engineering students' projects, covering version control, branching and merging, collaborative workflows, and project repository management. It will provide practical insights into integrating industry-standard development practices into project-based learning, enabling faculty to better mentor students in collaborative software development.

The LITMUS Internship Programme 2026 - Certificate Awarding Ceremony was successfully held on 1 August 2026 at HCLTech IT City, Lucknow.

The event was graced by Shri Alok Kumar, IAS, Principal Secretary, Electronics & Information Technology, Government of Uttar Pradesh, who felicitated the interns. His address highlighted valuable insights into Uttar Pradesh's transformation into a leading IT destination. He emphasized that Lucknow is set to witness tremendous growth over the next 10-15 years, creating exciting opportunities for those who embrace continuous learning, adapt to emerging technologies, and develop innovative solutions. He encouraged students to think beyond jobs, collaborate effectively, and harness Al to solve meaningful real-world and societal challenges.

🚀 Successfully Completed: Flutter in Action – Hands-on Mobile App Development Workshop

The SCRS Students' Chapter, School of Engineering, Babu Banarasi Das University, Lucknow, successfully organized the "Flutter in Action – Hands-on Mobile App Development Workshop" in offline mode from 27–31 July 2026.

The workshop equipped students with practical Flutter development skills, enabling them to build beautiful cross-platform mobile applications through interactive hands-on coding sessions. It provided an engaging learning experience that inspired participants to explore the exciting world of mobile application development.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. Swapnil Sinha, Faculty Resource Person, for sharing his expertise, mentoring the participants, and making this workshop a truly enriching learning experience.

💡The Al Talk Show | WIE Affinity Group and IEEE Student Branch, BBD UNIVERSITY.

School of Engineering successfully organized "The Al Talk Show"-an interactive platform where students shared ideas, engaged in insightful discussions, and explored the impact of Artificial Intelligence.

The event witnessed enthusiastic participation of 60 students, out of which 17 participants were shortlisted.
